AMOSSYS aims at adding an answer at these different cases. In the consulting cluster, activities are focused on the folowing points :
Tomorrow's key issues for large firms and public sector are multiple :
- Make better with limited investment ;
- Develop project culture and a new approach oter new approach of Quality of Services in continiuous evolution, in a organizational context (mergers, partnership, outsourcing) and regulation;
- Increase comand of Information Systems (IS), in order to make them more responsive to organizational and technological evolutions.
AMOSSYS aims at adding an answer at these different cases. In the consulting cluster, activities are focused on the folowing points :
IS software architecture
To take into account of the overview, often voluminous, IS must be aligned with organism strategy.
AMOSSYS collects needs to get the primary business vision of an organism, declines business process in functional areas, diagnostics ( or audits )
organizational, software and technical overview, defines application and technical architectures targets, secures these architectures and formalizes results in a the convergence plan or director scheme.
Finally, AMOSSYS writes the specifications and supports propositions selection. This work is carried out in a multidisciplinary team.

IS mastering
When IS are builded, organised, AMOSSYS steps in to lead and apply standards and good practices (ITIL, COBIT, ISO17799).
Projects Convergence
AMOSSYS attents contracting owners on their projects management (sensitisation , training, guidance).
